When will my order ship?
Our products ship 3-7 days after you placed the order.
Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.
Can I cancel my order?
No/Yes, if your order is still processing then yes it can be canceled. However if the product has been shipped, unfortunately it cannot be canceled. If you would like to cancel an order please email us at support@sheevolveessentials.com
What is the exchange/return policy?
We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will gladly fully refund/or exchange for you except for digital products as those are nonrefundable.
Step 1: E-mail us at support@sheevolveessentials.com with your order # and name.
-With a subject of (Refund Request)
-List your product and why you want to return it
Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.
Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.
Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item. Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account :)
